I have had struggles with weight my whole life. In talking with wynefred about her desires and efforts we asked each other, wouldn't it be cool if we could develop a community within LJ where we can gather friends and friends of friends in helping each other in our goals and desires to lose the  unwanted pounds and develop a healthier lifestyle.
